DMCA / Copyright

Start with how this board is stocked, because it decides where a removal has to happen. Raidora hosts no game files. Each title is delivered as an embedded stream from Playgama, the partner programme that supplies playable builds to sites like ours. Pull one lever with us and two things move: the title's page disappears from this board, and your claim travels onward to Playgama — the one place where the game can be withdrawn from circulation altogether, for every site carrying it.

Sending a removal request

Send it to hello@raidora.click with the subject "Copyright removal request". For the notice to be one we can lawfully and quickly act on, it needs to tell us five things. A request missing any of them gets a reply listing what is still needed, and the clock only starts when the file is complete.

Who is filing. Your name, the company or studio you act for (if there is one), and the email address our answer should go to.
What is yours. Name the game or other material you own the rights to, and name its developer or publisher where you know them.
Where it sits here. Paste the full address of the Raidora page that carries the material — the exact URL, not a search term.
What you believe. State that you hold a good-faith belief that this use of the material was authorised neither by you, nor by anyone acting for you, nor by the law.
That you may file. State that the information in your notice is correct and that you are the rights holder yourself, or formally authorised to act for the holder.

What happens on our side

Every request is read by a member of the team — there is no automated filter on this inbox. Our aim is to confirm receipt within two business days. A notice that checks out leads to the page being deleted or disabled here, and to a matching removal being filed with Playgama the same week. Since the roster on this board is generated from the partner catalogue, a title Playgama withdraws cannot quietly reappear here: the next rebuild closes over the gap it leaves.

If your page came down in error

The usual story is simpler than it sounds: a title enrolled in the partner programme gets reported by somebody who did not check the enrolment. If that has happened to a game of yours, write to hello@raidora.click identifying yourself, linking the page that was removed, and explaining why the material is yours to distribute. Genuine counter-notices are passed to whoever filed the original claim, and the listing comes back when the claim is dropped or goes unanswered in law.

Accounts that keep offending

We log each upheld complaint against the title concerned. A catalogue source that repeatedly supplies contested work will find this board progressively less willing to carry it, up to removal of the source.

Wrong door? Two common detours

Stale builds and catalogue mistakes — a superseded version, a mistyped credit — are corrected inside the partner programme, because that file feeds every site at once. Faults in how Raidora itself presents a title, such as a briefing attached to the wrong game, are fixed here: write to hello@raidora.click and the correction is ours to make.
