Terms of Engagement

These are the terms on which Raidora is offered. By using the board you accept them. Everything here is free, provided "as is", and meant for your own personal play — nothing more commercial than that.

Ownership never moves

Posting a game on this board changes nothing about who owns it. The code, the art, the characters and the trademarks all stay with the developer or publisher behind each title. Titles arrive through the Playgama partner programme, whose terms allow sites like ours to display them for play. Display is where the permission ends: copying a game off this board, hosting it somewhere else, or charging anyone for it falls outside the licence, and outside these terms.

Conduct expected

Play as much as you like; interfere with the board as little as possible — which is to say, not at all. Automated hammering beyond ordinary browsing, attempts to disrupt the service, passing our writing off as your own, and any unlawful use of the site are all breaches of these terms. A breach can lead to the material being pulled and the access behind it being blocked.

A roster that rotates

Because publishers control their own titles, any game here can be updated by its maker or withdrawn from distribution without warning — sometimes while it is your current favourite. We keep the board as accurate as we reasonably can. Within the limits the law allows, we accept no liability for losses connected with using this site or any title listed on it, or with the site or a title being unavailable when you wanted it.
